Work order lifecycle

Every maintenance request in ScoutzOS follows a clear lifecycle so nothing falls through the cracks.

Stages

  1. Submitted — tenant creates the request via their portal, phone, or text
  2. Triaged — you review priority and category
  3. Assigned — you assign it to a team member or vendor
  4. In Progress — the assignee is working on it
  5. Completed — work is done, photos uploaded
  6. Closed — tenant confirms resolution

Notifications

At each stage transition, both you and the tenant receive updates via email and in-app notifications. This reduces "what's the status?" follow-ups.

SLA tracking

ScoutzOS tracks time-to-first-response and time-to-resolution for every request. View these metrics in your Maintenance analytics dashboard.
