Viewing your lease documents

Your ScoutzOS tenant portal stores all your lease-related documents in one secure location. Access them anytime you need to review your lease terms or download copies.

Accessing your documents

1. Log in to your tenant portal
2. Click "Documents" in the left sidebar
3. You will see a list of all documents associated with your lease

Available documents

Depending on what your landlord has uploaded, you may see:

• Lease agreement with all signed terms and conditions
• Lease addenda such as pet agreements or parking permits
• Move-in inspection report documenting the unit's condition at move-in
• Notices including any formal communications from your landlord
• Renewal offers when your landlord sends a lease renewal

Downloading documents

Click on any document to preview it in your browser. Use the "Download" button to save a PDF copy to your device.

Signing documents

When your landlord sends a document that requires your signature, it will appear in your Documents section with a "Sign" badge. Click the document, review it, and follow the prompts to add your electronic signature.

You will receive an email notification whenever a new document is added or a signature is requested.

Document security

All documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and authorized members of your landlord's team can access your documents.

Questions about your lease

If you have questions about any terms in your lease or documents, use the maintenance request system or contact your landlord directly. The contact information is available on your portal dashboard.
