Managing rental applications
ScoutzOS provides an online application portal so prospects can apply directly from your listing.
How it works
- Prospects click "Apply Now" on your listing
- They fill out the application form with personal info, employment, and rental history
- They authorize a background and credit check
- You review the completed application and screening report in ScoutzOS
Application fees
You can set an application fee that prospects pay when they submit. The fee is collected via Stripe and deposited to your account.
Reviewing applications
Applications appear in the Leasing section. Each one shows a status: New, Under Review, Approved, or Denied. Click any application to see the full details and screening report.
Approving an applicant
When you approve an applicant, ScoutzOS can automatically generate a lease for their signature. The applicant receives an email with next steps.
